General information about OOMAi
What is OOMAi?
OOMAi is a Finnish clothing brand that offers visual, comfortable and responsibly produced clothing for everyday life, work and training. The company was founded in 2023 and began operations in 2025.
🚚 Delivery and orders
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and delivery method selected. We offer free shipping on orders over €89.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we also ship products abroad. The customer is responsible for any customs fees and taxes.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time in Finland is usually 5–10 business days. International deliveries can take 5–12 business days depending on the destination and delivery method.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking code in your email once your order has been shipped. You can use it to track the progress of your delivery.
What if I gave the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us immediately at info@oomai.fi. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address. In this case, you can contact the shipping company directly.
🔁 Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have a 14-day right of return. The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Please contact returns@oomai.fi to initiate a return. We will also add a return form to the website soon.
Can I return discounted products?
Unfortunately, discounted products and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to get a new product is to return the original and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to availability.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact customer service and we will rectify the situation.

How do I care for OOMAi clothing?
Each product has care instructions on the care label and product page. We recommend gentle washing and avoiding high temperatures.
What materials are the products made of?
We strive to choose products made from sustainable materials, such as organic cotton and recycled fibers. More detailed information can be found on the product pages.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the most common payment methods, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Is payment safe?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and trusted payment providers. We do not store your payment information.
